Buying a BRICALE product is a lifestyle choice. It means being in possession of a unique and precious, an authentic fragment of Venice.
DELIVERY TIME
For CONTINUO COLLECTION furniture delivery times are approximately 90 days.
For unique and raw pieces delivery times are approximately 15/30 days.
PAYMENT
After order, you will be contacted by our sales responsable that will provide you the details needed to complete the payment of the 30% needed to start the dedicated production. We will follow for the duration of the production process. The balance will be made upon delivery.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping charges are FREE and included for all shipments on the Italian territory.
For EU and non EU countries the expenses are to be agreed upon purchase.
The default delivery is on the ground floor.
If you need a porter service cost it is to be agreed at the time of order.
VAT EXEMPTIONS AND REDUCTIONS
Buyers that need to exemption or reduction of tax they have to inform us before payment and the issuance of the tax document.
WARRANTY
The BRICALE products are of superior quality and are guaranteed 10 by structural damage and manufacturing. The supplied bulbs have a 1 year warranty. Excluded are: accidental breakage, caused by any third party due to a negligent use, carelessness and poor storage and everything that is not attributable to the object manufacturing.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are possible within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer if they have been authorized by SAMBA srl. To ask the Return Authorization please contact email address: info@bricale.com specifying the item to be returned, and the reason ( "defect" or "opinion exchange"). E 'need to return the goods in its original packaging in perfect condition. Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and accessories provided with the order received. In the case of "defect" transportation and related costs will be borne by SAMBA srl: will be sent a confirmation email with the return authorization, the instructions to be complied with to ship the product and the reference carrier. The courier will contact the buyer to agree to accept the goods. The shipping costs for items returned due to "exchange opinions" are charged to the buyer. SAMBA srl is at your disposal for an estimate on the expenses of return. You will receive a confirmation email with the return authorization, the instructions to be respected to return the goods. The object must be returned to the address indicated by the SAMBA mail Return Authorization. The refund will be made as soon as the return will come at the depot indicated by SAMBA srl and items will be checked. For orders paid with the amount refunded by credit card will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of credit card used. The refund will be issued in the same currency of original purchase. Any amount of differences due to exchange-rate fluctuations can not be refunded. The return shipment must take place within 15 days of receipt Authorisation to Reso. SAMBA Inc. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or who does not comply with all the conditions. In all matters not specifically expressed, evidence shall be the European standard for remote trading.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Each object is made with authentic timber from mooring posts of Venice lagoon and is delivered with a certificate that certifies the origin of the material.
